What to know before choosing Yemini for your wedding day.

What is Yemini?

Yemini is a personalized Jewish wedding keepsake designed to preserve the broken glass from beneath the chuppah and turn it into a lasting heirloom.

Is Yemini used during the wedding ceremony?

Yes. The ceremonial glass is placed inside the Yemini keepsake before the chuppah, broken during the ceremony, and preserved afterward for display.

What materials is Yemini made from?

Yemini is crafted from clear acrylic / Perspex. The container is 4mm thick and becomes doubled to 8mm when sealed after use beneath the chuppah.

Is the cup included?

Yes. The cup placed beneath the chuppah is included with Yemini. The exact cup style may vary slightly from the photos shown, but it is selected to fit beautifully inside the keepsake.

Can the acrylic container crack?

Because the glass is broken by stepping on it, gentle cracks may appear at pressure points depending on how pressure is applied. After the chuppah, the container locks shut and should not be reopened, as this may damage the seal.

We recommend keeping the keepsake upright and avoiding shaking it, so the broken glass stays elegant and glass dust is not released.

How can I personalize my Yemini?

You can add names, wedding date, personal message, wedding invitation artwork, and additional customization requests. The cup is included with your Yemini.

Can I upload my wedding invitation?

Yes. During customization, you can upload your invitation and choose which design elements you would like incorporated into your Yemini.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. You can add a short personal engraving, blessing, dedication, or meaningful phrase during customization.

What if my wedding is within the next 30 days?

Please include your wedding date when ordering or contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to prioritize urgent wedding timelines whenever possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yemini is currently starting with shipping inside Israel. We are working on expanding international shipping shortly. If you are outside Israel, please contact us directly for current international shipping options.

Can Yemini be given as a wedding gift?

Yes. Yemini is a meaningful gift from parents, grandparents, relatives, friends, or from one partner to the other.

Can I return or exchange my Yemini?

Because every Yemini is customized and made to order for a specific couple and wedding, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review all names, dates, spelling, artwork, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
